Every property is different, so every quote is different. The ranges below are a guide based on hundreds of jobs across Greater Hobart. Your actual price depends on the size, condition and access of the surface we're cleaning. Quotes are always free and fixed before work starts.

Residential pricing guide

• Driveway cleaning: $200 to $600 (standard single to double driveway)
• House washing (soft wash): $400 to $900 (single storey to large two storey)
• Roof cleaning: $600 to $1,500 (tile, Colorbond, two storey)
• Gutter cleaning: $180 to $500 (single to two storey, typical block)
• Solar panel cleaning: $150 to $400 (residential array sizes)
• Patio / deck cleaning: $180 to $450 (depending on size and surface)
• Fence cleaning: $250 to $650 (Colorbond, timber, rendered)
• Window cleaning (exterior): $150 to $350 (typical home)

Commercial pricing

Commercial jobs are quoted per square metre, or by project scope for larger sites. We service property managers, aged care facilities, medical practices, hospitality, and strata-managed buildings across Greater Hobart. Typical commercial jobs range from $500 to several thousand dollars depending on scope. Ongoing maintenance contracts are available at reduced rates.

Combining services in one visit saves time and money. Booking house washing, driveway cleaning and gutter cleaning together typically saves 10 to 15% compared to booking them separately. Ask about bundled pricing when you request a quote.
