Concrete ages differently depending on where it is. Driveways collect growth and tyre marks, pool surrounds get slippery algae, commercial areas show foot traffic and staining. Each needs a different approach, and the wrong one can mark the surface or change its colour permanently.
We work out what you’ve got first: plain, coloured, exposed aggregate, stamped or sealed. Then the right pre-treatment and the right pressure. Many surfaces benefit from sealing afterwards.

Not when it’s matched to the surface. Sealed, coloured and stamped concrete need lower pressure, and we assess it before we start.
Usually, with a chemical pre-treatment before the clean. How much a stain lifts depends on its age and depth, and we’ll set expectations when we quote.
It’s recommended, not mandatory. Sealing reduces absorption, keeps new stains from setting in and makes the next clean easier.
Straight away if it’s just been cleaned. If we’ve sealed it, we’ll let you know exactly when it’s ready to walk and drive on, as that depends on the sealer and the weather.
