Pavers and tiles look incredible when they’re maintained, but most aren’t. Weeds push through the joints, mould darkens the surface, and years of foot traffic grind dirt into every pore.
We clean the surface thoroughly, then resand the joints with kiln-dried sand to stabilise the pavers, slow weed regrowth and give the whole area a finished look. The difference is dramatic, and it lasts.
Sand in the joints is what stops pavers rocking and shifting. A clean removes some of it, so we put it back.
Full joints leave nowhere for seeds to take hold. Exposed joints grow weeds within weeks.
Fresh, even joints are what make a paved area look finished rather than just clean.
Tiled areas get the grout lines cleaned as well as the faces, which is where most of the dark staining lives.

After cleaning, kiln-dried sand is swept into the joints. It stabilises the pavers, reduces movement, slows weeds and gives a finished look.
Some of it, which is why resanding is part of the service. You end up with clean pavers and fresh, stable joints.
Most residential jobs fall between $300 and $600 including resanding, depending on the area and paver type.
We can, but we recommend re-sanding. Without it the joints are left exposed, weeds take hold faster and pavers can shift.
