How we work
Done properly. Every property, every time.
Bookings are deliberately limited each week, so every property gets the time it deserves instead of a rush between jobs. It’s why reviews keep mentioning the same things: turning up when we said we would, explaining exactly what we’d do, and leaving the place cleaner than we found it.
Fully insured, results guaranteed, and on time. That’s the baseline, not the selling point. The selling point is what your place looks like when we’re finished.
Refined Grounds was founded by Jack Bennett in Southern Tasmania on one idea: look after the client. Clear quotes, straight answers, your gardens and furniture protected, and we don’t leave until you’re happy with the result. Not the cheapest. Not the fastest. Just done right.
What we stand for
The principles behind the work.
Quality over quantity
Bookings are limited each week so every job gets the time it needs. Fewer jobs done properly beats more jobs done poorly.
Say it, then do it
We show up on time, do the work we quoted, and keep you in the loop from quote to invoice. No surprises, no excuses.
Stand behind the result
If you’re not happy with the result, we come back and fix it at no cost. If we still can’t get it to the standard we promised, you don’t pay. We’ve never had to give a refund, but the guarantee is there because we stand behind every job.

Roof
I can highly recommend Jack. He is very personable and listened to me in regards to issues related to lichen on my roof. Jack investigated options and fully explained the process involved. Jack communicates well and keeps you in the loop. Again, I highly recommend his services.
